MEET THE TWIN CITIES SIDING AND ROOFING WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Terry Stamman, Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer at Twin Cities Siding and Roofing my goal is for us to remain the best siding company in the Twin Cities. We do this by offering high quality products like James Hardie® Siding, Marvin Windows, Cultured Stone and other exterior products that are installed by the most professional people. The result is the best possible experience for our customers. Our company’s reason for being is to improve our customers’ lives by providing the highest quality building materials installed by highly skilled, professionally trained craftspeople with the highest level of customer service. We also provide growth and leadership opportunities for employees, and reward them for outstanding performance. In addition to CEO, I perform many other duties in our company, including ongoing training and management of our team of Project Consultants. I work in the development and implementation of our business and marketing strategies and I spend a lot of my time in continuing education through seminars given by our many trade affiliations. My goal is to manage a growing, stable, long-term company that helps each customer gain a more comfortable and safer home.
Growing up I could not help but notice how much time my mom spent volunteering in my schools and the time both my parents spent volunteering at our church. That “habit” of giving back to our community has stuck with me. In 2015 I successfully ran for a position on the school board for district 197. That same year I was asked to serve on the Executive Board of the MN/ND Better Business Bureau. I also volunteer my time as a mentor for high school and middle school students in our district. I believe in helping educate people in both my business and my personal life.
Kristen Stamman, CFO
As one of the founders of Twin Cities Siding and Roofing, I have been so pleased to see the growth, progress, and success of our company. We have such an incredible management team, we couldn’t have gotten here without them. On a personal side, Terry and I have two boys, ages 17 and 19. Terry and I are both very active in volunteering in their schools and in our community. In the past I have been the Treasurer and PTA President at two of their schools, and Terry and I ran our middle school’s Silent Auction for a number of years. Currently I manage our kids’ club soccer teams and am the Treasurer of their high school soccer team. I also serve on the Foundation Board of the MN/ND Better Business Bureau.
In my job as the Senior Project Consultant at Twin Cities Siding and Roofing, I demonstrate the values, mission and vision of our company to our customers. I am typically the first person you meet after your appointment is set. Because my goal is to find out what your dreams and aspirations are for your home, I always take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and do a complete inspection of the existing condition of your home. Then we can discuss options, potential solutions, and the best way to improve and enhance your home. I also represent Twin Cities Siding and Roofing at trade shows and conferences, assist in various marketing strategies, and help Terry and Kristen with customer service training that provides every customer with the most professional experience you will find from a construction company.
Tom, Design Consultant
When you call our office to schedule an estimate, you may be meeting with me. I am exited to meet you and offer ideas for improving your home. As a homeowner and busy parent of three, I understand your time is valuable. I will work with you to provide a clear and detailed plan on ways to improve your home’s appearance, and ideally free you from the continued maintenance schedule you may be dealing with.
Ann, Office Manager
When you visit our showroom, it is my pleasure to show you all of the beautiful siding, window, and stone products we have displayed in our showroom, and to answer any questions you may have. One way Twin Cities Siding and Roofing is different from other contractors: When you call our office, one of our professional staff will answer cheerfully and direct you to the proper department. It is nice having a real person answer the phone, isn’t it? I will be happy to speak with you about your project and will schedule a meeting for you with one of our Project Consultants. Stop in or give us a call. I am looking forward to speaking with you!
Once your project has been transferred to the production department, it is my job to make sure that things move forward smoothly for you. I listen to your needs and concerns and provide answers. This includes information on scheduling or delivery, paperwork, option pricing, color options, credit information, or just assurance that your project is moving forward as scheduled! I am the person you can rely on to take care of your needs. My desire is to provide you with a worry free remodeling project.
On a personal side, I grew up on the Iron Range and married my high school sweetheart Katie. We have two daughters, and a cat, and we live in Lino Lakes. In my spare time my family enjoys the Boundary Waters, and we like to fish on the Canadian border.
Curt, Project Manager
My job consists of taking proper care of your job until the very end. After the Project Consultant hands it off, I conduct a pre-construction meeting with you to go over your job and discuss details so there is no confusion during the remainder of your job. After the pre-construction meeting, I put the materials order together and get the job prepared and ready to start. I communicate with you about scheduling and deliveries. During the project I make “Questions & Concerns” phone calls to make sure all your needs are met. When the job is complete, I schedule a final walk through with you to address any concerns. I’m not satisfied until you are 100% satisfied.
When not at work, I like to spend time with family and friends. I have a wife and two daughters and we enjoy camping. I am a avid outdoorsman and like to fish, hunt, and golf.
Brent, Project Manager
I started working for Twin Cities Siding and Roofing in 2007 as a seasonal painter and siding installer. After graduating with a degree in Business Management from Hamline University in 2010, I took over the responsibility of Painting and Service Department Manager. Throughout my time with TCSP, I have developed a strong background and knowledge in the areas of installation and detailing of the high quality products we offer. I use that knowledge to make sure the finishing touches on your project are completed to the highest standards with a focus on exceptional customer service. In addition, if there is ever a warranty issue with your new siding, I ensure that it is taken care of in a timely manner. Outside of work I enjoy hunting, playing and watching sports, and spending time with my wife Dana, daughter Adley, and sons Gage and Asher.
