This list highlights the customer service efforts of the best 100 remodeling companies nationwide, as determined by overall experiences and recommendations taken from client surveys.
Qualified Remodeler’s Top 100 List is based on the percentage of clients who say they are willing to recommend the companies listed to their family members and friends. The “Likely to Recommend” score for Twin Cities Siding and Roofing in 2021 was 98%!
As a reliable source for national remodeling industry news, Qualified Remodeler produces this annual Customer Satisfaction Report to determine the key service attributes valued by remodeling customers today, as measured by GuildQuality, an unbiased third-party research firm. GuildQuality found that the top three service traits are: 1. Professional & Organized, 2. Expertise, and 3. Problem Resolution.
There are really two groups of individuals who are responsible for this great honor.
