Chief Executive Officer: Terry Stamman

My name is Terry Stamman, and I am the Chief Executive Officer at Twin Cities Siding Professionals. I have one main goal for my company and it is at the forefront of my mind every day – to remain the best siding company in the Twin Cities. This is accomplished by offering high quality James Hardie siding products that are installed by the most professional people resulting in the best possible experience for our customers. Our company’s reason for being is to improve our customers’ lives by providing the highest quality building materials installed by highly skilled, professionally trained craftspersons with the highest level of customer service. We aim to provide growth and leadership opportunities for employees, and reward them for outstanding performance.

I perform many other duties in our company. I provide ongoing training and manage our team of Project Consultants. I work with Kristen in the development and implementation of our business and marketing strategies. I also spend a lot of my time in continuing education through seminars given by our many trade affiliations.

Chief Financial Officer: Kristen Stamman

My name is Kristen Stamman, and I am the Chief Financial Officer at Twin Cities Siding Professionals. My overriding job duty is to manage a growing, stable, long-term company that affords opportunities for security and advancement for my employees. As one of the owners, I wear many hats in the company. At the outset of each year, much of my time is spent on business forecasting and marketing strategy implementation. Throughout the year, I act as support to the Project Consultant team, as production support to our production department, and am often the liaison between the two departments. I am also the accountant for the company, and my focus in this department is on running payroll, paying bills, and managing cash flow.

Senior Project Consultant: Chad My name is Chad, I am the Senior Project Consultant at Twin Cities Siding Professionals. I demonstrate the values, mission & vision of our company to our customers. I will typically be the first person you will meet after your appointment is set. I am here to find out what your dreams and aspirations are for the exterior of your home. I will conduct an in-home estimate for you at your convenience. I’ll take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and do a complete inspection of the existing condition of your home. I’ll then discuss options, potential solutions, and provide you with the most thorough specifications you will find for the right job for your home. As a Senior Project Consultant, my role is also to represent Twin Cities Siding Professionals at trade shows and conferences, assist in various marketing strategies, and help Terry & Kristen with on-going customer service training that will provide every customer with the most professional experience you will find from a construction company.
Office Manager: Ann My name is Ann, and I am the Office Manager here at Twin Cities Siding Professionals. When you visit our showroom, it will be my pleasure to show you all of the beautiful James Hardie® siding products we have displayed on our showroom walls and answer any questions that you have. When you call our office, one of our professional staff will answer cheerfully and will direct you to the proper department. It is nice having a real person answer the phone, isn’t it? I will be happy to speak with you about your project and will schedule a consultation for you with one of our Project Consultants. Stop in or give us a call. Production Manager: Nancy I am Nancy, Production Manager for Twin Cities Siding Professionals. Once Ann has transferred you to the production department, it is my job to make sure that things move forward smoothly for you. I want to be an open ear and responder to you. My goal is to hear your needs and concerns and then provide answers. You may need information on scheduling or delivery, paperwork copies, optional pricing, color options, credit information, or just plain old assurance that your project is moving forward as scheduled. My focus is to be the right person for you and to take care of your needs. Do not hesitate to ask for anything you might need. My desire is to provide you with a worry free remodeling project.
Production Liason: John My name is John and my primary role at TCSP is working as the Production Liaison in support of all field operations.  From product delivery scheduling to obtaining permits, window and door ordering to material specifying.  I also play several other roles within the company.  I am our warehouse manager, and am responsible for internal security.  I assist our Financial Department with bill paying and vendor relations, in addition to being responsible with OSHA training and compliance.  After graduating from the University of Minnesota, majoring in Architecture, I began my first job in new home construction in 2000. Since then, I have been expanding my professional knowledge base in kitchen design and remodeling, window and door installation and cold climate exterior remodeling, with a special focus on MN Greenstar project development.
Senior Field Supervisor: Nate My name is Nate, Senior Field Supervisor for Twin Cities Siding Professionals. My main goal is making certain that we deliver what was promised to you. Clear communication is the key to ensuring customer satisfaction. I will meet with you before the project starts to make sure that all of your expectations will be explored and ultimately met. I will visit your site multiple times throughout the project to be certain that our employee crews are performing the work in an efficient and professional manner. I am your “go-to guy” during the actual installation on your home.
Field Supervisor: Curt My name is Curt and I am a field supervisor for Twin Cities Siding Professionals.  My job consists of taking proper care of your job until the very end.  After the salesmen hand it off, I do a pre-construction meeting to go over your job and discuss details so there is no confusion during the remainder of your job.  After the pre-construction meeting I put the siding order together and get the job prepared and ready to start.  I will be communicating the scheduling and deliveries.  There will be a job start scheduled with you and during the project I will do what I call a “Questions & Concerns” phone call to make sure I have all your needs met.  When the job is complete I will schedule I final walkthrough with you to address any concerns.  If something needs to be done I will make sure it gets done as soon as possible and make sure that both you and I are 100% satisfied.
Field Supervisor: Darin My name is Darin, a field supervisor for Twin Cities Siding Professionals.  I will meet with you before construction starts on your project.  I will also supervise the day-to-day operation of your project until completion.  My job is to worry about your project so you don’t have to.  My eight years of construction experience will ensure your job runs smoothly.
Project Manager: Josh My name is Josh, and I am one of the Project Managers for Twin Cities Siding Professionals. As the point man on your project, it is my responsibility to ensure quality installation is happening on your home. At our company, all employees go through Best Practices training and are constantly re-tested to make sure we are fully aware of how to best install James Hardie siding. The other part of my job is to listen to your concerns and make sure we are making your home improvement project as stress free as possible. I manage the employee siders to make sure the project moves efficiently so that you can enjoy your brand new siding that much sooner.
Project Manager: Mike Hi, I am Mike and I’m a Project Manager for Twin Cities Siding Professionals.  My crew and I are very excited to work with you and your family on your home.  We have the ability and ambition to tacklle anything along the way!
